From a Small Riyadh Office to a Kingdom-Wide Builder
Padyaar International began in 2010 with just 8 engineers and a simple promise: build honestly, build safely, and finish on time. That promise still drives everything we do today.
We started with small residential projects in Riyadh. Word spread. Soon we were building commercial towers, highways, hospitals, and the kind of infrastructure that supports a nation’s growth.
Today, we have 500+ skilled workers, offices in three cities, and a portfolio of over 250 completed projects across Saudi Arabia.
